1 month PLUS without posts already...

Really undecided on weather to leave or not to leave my current job... Okay... I'll list out the pros and cons on the job I've been offered... Ahhh... more of change to another contract company only. hehe...

PROS:
1. Knowledge (?_?)
+ New and more tacky stuff to learn.
+ Exposure.
2. Increment ($_$)
+ Increase from current $$$
+ Additional allowance also
3. The Company
+ I get to be a permanent employee of that sub-con company.
+ Having a proper boss of the company. Also smaller hierarchy.
+ Proper job outline and job scope with training provided.
+ Lesser idiotic procedures.
+ Flexible working hours. Cos current job claims that I have flexible working hours but I still require to punch-in and punch-out.
4. Current job
+ Ever heard of job done and nothing to do anymore? My Case...
+ Left with Coordinator job only. Just like normal office OA (my ex-job).

CONS:
1. Knowledge (?_?)
- Still in the same company, same department, no cube but sit in the lab only.
- Skeptical that ended up being borrowed to sit on my current job again.
2. Increment ($_$)
- Little bit only. Approximately 4.621848739495798319327731092437 % only.
To feel a little bit better then 9.2436974789915966386554621848739 % lol.
3. The Company (!_!)
- Heard that the other senior's pay got delayed
- My friend's badge not done even after 1 month already.
- Some even got their ugly uniforms late...
but never mind la... since it's so ugly anyway.

Okay... will consider first... I just saw a job posting from a semi-con company looking for a programmer. I may also try my luck... Also heard that it's higher benefit... ^_^
